Broccoli

Probably the most popular and well-known microgreen out there - broccoli has its merits for being everyone's favourites (it's definitely kid's favourite!). For starters, it has a sweet, mild, broccoli-like flavour! 

On top of its delicious flavour, micro broccoli are famous for having high concentration of many important vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins A, B, C, E, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, and zinc. They also contains high levels of sulforaphane.
