Arugula has a lovely and distinctive spicy and nutty flavour that goes well in many different recipes- it makes a perfect pizza topper!

These beautiful, tiny microgreens contain almost 8 times the calcium, 5 times the Vitamin A, C, and K, and 4 times the iron as the iceberg lettuce - wow!!!
