This smoothie easily packs all the health benefits of microgreens in one glass. Perfect way to get your veggies in!
I usually have oatmeal for breakfast, but I’m on the go this morning and this is guaranteed to keep me fuelled until lunch. It’s delicious and nutritious!
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 to 2 handful of Ortaliza Micro Kale Toscano
1 cup of almond milk or alternative*
1 tbsp hemp hearts
*water or any dairy or plant based milk options would work fine.
*add ice cubes for extra cold and thicker smoothies.
- Blend it all up in a blender.
- Serve in a pretty glass.
- Add few microgreens on top for texture.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
