Ortaliza’s Micro Salad Mix consists of 3 vegetable microgreens plus a herb or a specialty microgreens as a salad topper. You can choose your 4 varieties when buying at their farm store or via their website - it’s all harvested same day!
This one has micro Sunflower, micro Tokyo Bekana, micro Purple Kohlrabi, and micro Chicory.
Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 tbsp of lemon juice
Tuscan Herb olive oil
Salt + Black Pepper
Minced Garlic clove
- Place the microgreens and radishes into a serving bowl and reserve in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- At the last moment before serving, dress the salad lightly with dressing, sprinkle it with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Enjoy!
