Dill Bean Salad

Simple & Delicious Dill Bean Salad In Less Than 10 Minutesđź’š

One of my best friends, Dairene – made this Dill Bean Salad for our friendmas. After 3 bowls of it & getting the recipe from her, I made it and had to share it with you!

I changed her recipe slightly by adding in different beans & adding my own LPE twist to it – @ortalizafarms microgreens. You can add or switch it up however you’d like!

You will need:
1 can mixed beans, I used @bioitaliacanada
1 cup peas 
1 cup edamame 
1 cup of @ortalizafarms micro dill  
1 cup @ortalizafarms mustard microgreens cut up 
1/4 cup @bioitaliacanada organic olive oil 
1 teaspoon pink salt 
1/2 lemon, juiced 

How to: 


Simply wash & rinse your beans. Add everything to a bowl, combine everything together & enjoy! Keep it in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

This will be great to have on hand for the holidays— it’s a feel good meal and again, takes no more than 10 minutes to put together!
